ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has proudly served the community for over 12 years, backed by more than 23 years of experience with State Farm. We’re a tight-knit team of four, plus myself, and we’ve built a culture rooted in teamwork, positivity, and genuine care for both our customers and each other.


We believe in working hard and celebrating often. We recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, and we love to mix in team-building events — this year, we spent opening day at the Kansas City Royals game! The office is stocked with beverages, snacks, and a full coffee bar to keep everyone energized throughout the day. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shaun Reeves - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
