A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to oversee client relationships and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and performance
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality client work and ensure alignment with client goals
Identify and drive organic growth opportunities through proactive consultation and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in marketing or communications
Experience in the fiber / telecom industry
Demonstrated experience with Office 365 and established advertising knowledge
Experience managing account financials, including budgets and projections
