Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software
Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria
Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting while ensuring implementations align with client goals
Required Qualifications
4-7+ years of aviation consulting experience with aviation customers
Strong SQL Server expertise
Project Management experience / certification preferred
Firm understanding of regional and international aviation regulatory authorities
