We’re hiring Construction Laborers to join our foundation repair crews. No experience needed—we train you. This is a hands-on role with year-round work, real equipment, and a clear path to advancement. If you show up, work hard, and want more than just a job, we’ll give you the opportunity to grow.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
  • Start at our Centennial yard, load up, and head to the job site
  • Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems
  • Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads
  • Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard
What You’ll Get
  • 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts) – most Fridays off

What We’re Looking For
  • Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical work
  • Reliable transportation to our Centennial yard

  • Ability to follow direction and work on a team
  • Professional and respectful on customer job sites
Requirements
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Pay
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
