SafeSplash Swim School helps children and families become confident, lifelong swimmers. With warm-water pools, a proven curriculum, and locations across the U.S., weve taught over one million swim lessons and continue to grow.
Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and reliable Swim Instructors / Swim Coaches to teach swimming and water safety to children and adults of all skill levels. Training is provided, and no prior swim instruction experience is required.
What Youll Do
Teach swim lessons using the SafeSplash curriculum
Help children and adults build swimming and water safety skills
Create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment
Communicate with parents about student progress
Qualifications
Swim instruction or aquatic experience preferred but not required
Experience working with children is a plus
Must obtain or hold CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (training available)
