A company is looking for a Health Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits, complete health needs assessments, and refer them to appropriate programs
Engage with members to address gaps in care, assist with provider location, and schedule appointments
Manage system work queues, screen members for eligibility, and facilitate inquiries and complaints related to programs
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in education, communication, or a health-related field, or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in a customer service support role
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of medical terminology
Proficient organizational skills and effective time management
