A company is looking for a Project Assistant to provide administrative and project support to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis, data entry, and database management, including creating reports and formulas
Maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy of progress and milestones
Manage Jira databases and workflows, including task tracking and developing dashboards for team workload monitoring
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in database management, project administration, or a related field
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Access
Experience with Primavera P6, Jira, or similar project / task management tools is preferred
Familiarity with engineering, construction, or technical project workflows is a plus
