Audi Cape Fear is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join the team. This position requires exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the Automotive industry. The primary role of this position is to act as the liaison between the customer and service technicians and provide recommended repairs and service for the customers. The successful candidate will have a commitment to above-and-beyond customer service and a keen eye for detail. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for creating a comfortable and enjoyable customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe Automotive Service Advisor is a Full-Time position with a compensation package ranging from $40,000 to $120,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. In addition, Audi Cape Fear offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
