Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate appropriately and effectively to licensed and ancillary team members.
- Educate patients and their families, addressing diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient interactions and interventions.
- Strive to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Stay informed of current federal, state, and local regulations affecting nursing practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic health records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area.
- Additional language proficiency.
- Advanced training or certifications related to patient safety or quality improvement.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Nursing diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Other Requirements:
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and withstand the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
- Exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

- Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31
