Five Star Bath Solutions is continuing to expand, and were looking for a high-energy, results-driven seasoned Sales Professional to join our team. This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand-new franchise, leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team.

If youre a top-producing closer who thrives on leading by example, this is your chance to own your market, grow your income, and create something big in a booming industry. As we grow, we will be promoting one of our top performing sales associates into a Sales Leader position.

What Youll Do:
  • Sell directly to homeowners Lead by example and be the top producer
  • Execute a proven sales system No guesswork, just results
  • Drive accountability and push yourself to hit revenue goals
  • Earn commissions on your sales
What Were Looking For:
  • A top closer ready to sell and lead from the front
  • A builder who thrives in a startup-style environment
  • Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)
  • A coach and motivator who can drive team success
  • High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality
  • Willing to work evenings and weekendswhere the money is
