About the RoleAs an Implementation Specialist, youll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operation running with accuracy, consistency, and discipline. Youll execute structured playbooks, manage client-facing systems, and flag edge cases, all while keeping meticulous records.
This is a high-trust, precision-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes pride in operational excellence, and finds satisfaction in completing tasks with care and consistency. Youll be required to travel locally on a daily basis, so access to reliable transportation is essential.
