Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the company's proprietary sales process
  • Meet or exceed the company's daily benchmarks for customer outreach (phone calls, text messages, and emails)
  • Greet, guide, and assist customers along the sales process
  • Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features of the vehicle on the lot
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
  • Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfactory CSI scores

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Meet New People : Be the face of the dealership and engage with customers to understand their needs and make their car-buying dreams a reality.
  • Show Off the Latest Models : Be the expert on our inventory and show customers the best options for them.
  • Close Deals & Earn BIG : Help customers through every step of the buying process and close sales like a pro. The more you sell, the more you earn!
  • Make a Lasting Impact : Create loyal customers who will return for their next car and recommend you to friends and family.
What We're Looking For:
