Key Responsibilities
Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
Document member details accurately while ensuring their immediate safety
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Demonstrated advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
