ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2011, and weve built a small but dedicated team of two professionals who truly care about helping people protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I owned my own business, which taught me the importance of customer relationships, teamwork, and accountability all values that carry over into how we run our agency today.

Im a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a proud father of two. Giving back is also a big part of who I am I stay involved in several local charities and enjoy finding ways to support meaningful causes in our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bobby Fuller - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
