Clinical Director to become the architect of our clinical future within our Outpatient Behavioral Health and Counseling Division. Recruit and nurture talent - Lead the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of exceptional clinical and administrative staff.
- Oversee new hire orientation, ensuring every team member is fully onboarded with clinical, compliance, and organizational standards.
- Design and deliver ongoing clinical training for new hires and existing staff, fostering continuous learning and ensuring high-quality, culturally competent care.
Forge innovative pathways - Design, enhance, and expand mental health programs and lines of service.
- Integrate evidence-based practices to meet evolving community needs and maximize client outcomes.
Beyond Clinical Expertise, You'll Also:Lead with empathy and vision - Cultivate a supportive, collaborative environment where staff feel empowered, respected, and inspired.
- Champion open communication and a culture of accountability.
Orchestrate clinical excellence - Oversee daily clinical operations, including referrals, intakes, assessments, authorizations, treatment planning, and coordination of care.
- Ensure personalized interventions that address mental health conditions and individual needs.
Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance - Supervise the compliance staff and oversee all compliance functions, including CARF accreditation, Medicaid requirements, internal audits, and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure clinical documentation meets state and federal standards across all service lines.
Mentor and inspire - Provide direct clinical supervision to supervisors, clinicians, and administrative staff.
- Support skill development, performance growth, and professional advancement for all team members.
Drive quality improvement - Partner with the Corporate Office to set clinical quality benchmarks, monitor KPIs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, improve client satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency.
Provide direct client care as needed - Conduct clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and/or case management.
We Seek a Leader Who: - Holds a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA) with an active independent licensure in Texas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), preferably with a supervisory designation.
- Offers 5+ years of experience supervising clinicians within behavioral health settings.
- Demonstrates expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Brings exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, fostering a motivated and collaborative clinical culture.
- Maintains strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to ethics and cultural competence.
- Excels in transforming strategic goals into actionable mental health programming and service expansion initiatives.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently is required.
