Fishbeck is seeking a talented and motivated Surveyor/Survey Team Lead to establish and expand our surveying practice in the Texas market. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up and lead impactful projects that support transportation engineering and construction initiatives across the region. We're looking for a licensed professional to build and lead a surveying team, someone who thrives in both field and office settings, demonstrates strong leadership, and is passionate about mentoring others while consistently delivering high-quality results. Minimum Physical Requirements Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and climbing.
