Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to support current and new projects through design and project management. This role involves utilizing Revit for design, participating in collaboration meetings with project leads, and conducting site visits to monitor project progress.
Responsibilities
  • Support current and new projects through design and project management.
  • Utilize Revit for design.
  • Participate in collaboration meetings with project leads.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to check in on project progress.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Experience in architectural design and working at an Architecture Firm.
  • Knowledge of construction and project management.
  • Ability to create construction documents.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture preferred.
  • Design experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Ability to obtain architectural license preferred.
Work Environment

Join a small, family-like firm in Lexington, KY, consisting of 13 team members including architects, drafters, and project managers. Enjoy a flexible work environment with a laid-back staff, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with little overtime. Experience working on a variety of projects, excluding hospitals, and have the chance to visit construction sites. This is a great opportunity to wear many hats, from designer to project manager to client interfacing, and to contribute to a local firm with licenses in eighteen states.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $40.00/hr.
