The Production Supervisor manages the manufacturing department, planning and directing daily production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. This role supervises a team of full-time employees per shift, exercises independent judgment in operational decisions, and has significant input in hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions. Ensuring that automotive Class A soft trim parts are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential during plant startup and throughout ongoing production, requiring a dependable leader who is dedicated to supporting the team's success and maintains a consistently positive attitude.
