Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - Hybrid
HealthCare Support is partnering with a forward-thinking Psychiatric Collaborative Care organization in Eugene, OR to hire a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for a dynamic hybrid role that blends in-person impact with remote flexibility. Schedule: Hybrid | Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hr day shift
Pay Details: $65K - $85K (Negotiable based on experience and licensure)
Daily Responsibilities for the Hybrid Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments; engage patients in care by developing treatment plans, providing brief evidence-based interventions (e.g., behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing), supporting psychotropic medication management, and coordinating follow-up care
Systematically monitor and track treatment response, including adherence to prescribed medications, effectiveness of interventions, side effects, and changes in clinical symptoms or complications
