SkillSetGroup is seeking a senior level CNC Programmer to work in the Santa Ana, CA area. This role will be responsible for operating, setting up and programming CNC lathes in an AS9100 and ISO9001 work environment. The chosen candidate must have experience with programming CNC equipment with Esprit and/or MasterCAM software. Experience with complex, first article & FAI is a must. This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

This is a dynamic machine shop environment, high-mix, low-volume; meaning the job schedule can be very fluid & changing. Running 24/7, jobs run overnight, unattended. AS9100D & ISO9001 certified site. ITAR registered.
Experinced with MasterCAM & Esprit. Must have very strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, MIll & Lathe CNC programming, etc.
The hired person must be very tech minded and comfortable doing programming & full setups for multi-axis lathes & Swiss machines.
