Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Carpenter Apprentice to join our field team.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position assisting with the construction of staircases and other structural carpentry work on active job sites.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in construction and carpentry while learning from experienced foremen and crews.
Responsibilities Assist with building and installing wood and concrete stair systems Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and direction Operate basic hand and power tools safely Carry materials, set forms, and support carpentry tasks Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Assist with general labor duties as needed Qualifications Construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required Ability to use tape measure and basic tools Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor all day Reliable transportation to job sites Must be punctual and safety-minded What We Offer Steady, full-time work On-the-job training and skill development Opportunities for advancement into Carpenter or Foreman roles Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits and PTO eligibility per company policy Schedule Full-time | Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed If you’re looking to build a long-term career in carpentry and construction, we’d love to hear from you.
