Architectural Vision: Define the roadmap for cloud-native systems and lead the design for new platforms and cross-cutting capabilities.
Serverless Engineering: Build and maintain performant, resilient, and cost-optimized systems using a "self-healing" mindset.
Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging tech, specifically Generative and Agentic AI.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the top expert for complex debugging and "platform-owner" for long-term maintainability.
Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and bridge the gap between Product, Security, and DevOps.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience: 10+ years of progressive software engineering with a mastery of the AWS ecosystem.
Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent deep-trench experience.
Ambiguity Management: A proven track record of solving high-impact problems that have no existing blueprint.
Influence: The ability to lead through influence rather than just authority, shaping engineering culture and mentoring senior talent.
Full-Stack Fluency: From high-level architectural patterns down to deep SQL optimization and modern React UIs.
