As an Office Coordinator in our San Diego office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Here's why we need you:

In this role, you will provide support for the day-to-day operations of the San Diego office including mail and courier service, office supplies, business machines, mobile phones, printing, and other related services and ensures that they are provided in a consistent, cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for purchasing, bill payment and vendor relations. In addition, you will provide administrative support to office management.

Expertise of our most successful Office Coordinator:

• Associates degree in business or related field or commensurate experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.

• Ability to juggle multiple demands. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines that may occur on a daily basis.

Estimated Starting Hourly Range: $20 - $25
