Our culture is collaborative, faith-informed, and clinically serious.The Role:We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in a clinical capacity, with a focus on psychological evaluation and assessment services. This is an opportunity to Step into an established, high-functioning practice with a strong referral base and full administrative support and grow alongside a team that is building something worth being part of."Responsibilities:Conduct psychological evaluations across a range of referral types including ADHD, autism spectrum, medical clearance, disability, and specialty forensic evaluationsProvide individual therapy consistent with your training and clinical specialtiesProduce timely, well-written clinical reports and maintain documentation within our EMRCollaborate with our clinical team and coordinate with referring providers as appropriateMaintain a sustainable caseload aligned with practice needs and your professional preferencesQualifications:Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program in PsychologyActive, unrestricted Texas license as a Licensed PsychologistDemonstrated training and experience in psychological assessment and testingPSYPACT authority preferred, or willingness to obtainStrong written communication skills and timely documentation habitsCollegial, team-oriented dispositionWhat We Offer:Competitive fee-for-service compensation with a structured ramp-up periodFull administrative, billing, and scheduling supportBroad insurance panel with established payer relationshipsActive contract referral streams providing consistent evaluation volumeFlexibility in scheduling with telehealth and in-person optionsA supportive, faith-informed team culture with experienced clinical leadershipOpportunity to grow within a practice that is expanding its specialty service linesFull-time or part-time engagement available we will structure the role around the right candidateSalt and Light Psychological Services, PLLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
