Physician - Breast Surgeon - Lakeland, FL
Watson Clinic and its Cancer & Research Center is seeking a BE/BC Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon, to join our growing physician-owned, multi-specialty group.
Comprehensive Support – We take care of everything from HR, to finance and billing, marketing, compliance or our in-house pharmacy allowing you to focus on what you love: treating patients Watson Clinic Cancer Center includes medical oncology, radiation therapy, IMRT, Pet Scan, CT Simulation, a 24-chair infusion center, dietary and social services, a patient education library, and weekly multi-disciplinary tumor board meetings with surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, etc.
· 100% Breast Surgery practice with no General Surgery call
· Multidisciplinary breast cancer tumor board
· Stereotactic breast biopsy
· US guided breast biopsy
· Dedicated Breast Cancer navigators
· Large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 20 locations.
· Over 40 specialties with robust internal referral network and well-established patient base.
· Service to Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital and Watson Clinic owned ASC
· EPIC EMR allows for continuity of care throughout clinic.
· Rewarding compensation structure with NO PRACTICE START-UP COSTS.
· ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT including in-house labs and Radiology and BUILT-IN REFERRAL NETWORK.
· ROBUST ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT takes care of staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, Clinical Informatics (EMR), Value-Based Services, Quality and Recruitment.
