We are a screen printing company.

Here at St. louis print company, we value our staff. We know that we are only as good as the people that we have working with us. That’s why we offer great working hours, hourly pay, and full benefits. By working with our team, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and be challenged in an environment that values you as a human being and not just “another employee.” You will get the opportunity to learn a trade that will make you hirable in this industry regardless of market conditions. Our total compensation package for our staff, on average, exceeds $50,000+ per year, with several staff members earning much more. We believe that because of our culture of sharing, caring, and growing, we see a very low turnover, with many of our staff having been with us for 10+ years.

Some of the benefits of working with us include:
  • Job stability- we have been in business since 2007, with a steady rate of growth.
  • Advancement- most of our staff, including our office personnel and management, started with us in entry level positions.
  • Competitive pay- we start all new recruits with no experience at an hourly rate of $17 per hour with a guaranteed $1 per hour increase after 3 months. Continuous raises come as you grow and become more valuable to our team, with many team members earning $20+ an hour.
  • Up to 4 weeks paid vacation:
  • 1 year = 1 week vacation
  • 2 years = 2 weeks’ vacation
  • 3 years = 3 weeks’ vacation
  • 10 years = 4 weeks’ vacation
  • Company-matched retirement- we match up to 3% of your yearly compensation that goes into your retirement account.
  • Health benefits- we offer health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid holidays- we take the following holidays off and pay you for them after 3 months of employment:
    • Memorial day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas
    • New years day
  • No mandatory overtime- Although we do allow overtime for some positions - which is paid at time and a half we do not require it.
  • No nights, no weekends- We work a strict schedule from Monday – Friday, from 7 am- 3:30 pm. This allows our staff to have balance in their lives and to spend their nights and weekends with their families.
