What You Will Be Doing:

The AI Change Management Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a firm-wide change management and communications strategy for Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption. This role will create and implement communication and change management plans tailored to AI initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and meaningful transformation across the firm as well as oversee all internal AI-related communications and manage firm-wide forums and collaboration sites specific to AI. The Analyst will also help create and implement change management and communications plans for all IS projects, working with the project team. Additionally, the Analyst will manage collaboration among internal Information Services (IS) teams and business professional groups when responding to AI- and technology-related questions in Requests for Proposal (RFPs), client surveys, and Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely submissions.

Play a critical role in IS’s change management process by developing and executing change management and communication plans for AI-driven projects. Carefully assess the impact of AI initiatives on different audiences and support the implementation of a comprehensive firm-wide AI change management and communications strategy. Work with others on the change management team to improve the profile of the IS organization in the firm by educating and informing attorneys and business professionals about ongoing initiatives. Prepare clear, timely, and engaging communications designed to build confidence, reduce uncertainty, and drive adoption.

Ensure adherence to established change management and communication best practices, including stakeholder collaboration, audience analysis, and effective training and enablement strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI-related communications, providing actionable feedback and making adjustments to enhance clarity, minimize resistance, and accelerate adoption.

Provide excellent client service by working closely with the Pitches and Pursuits group within Clients & Markets to shape responses to AI and technology-related questions in RFPs and client questionnaires. Partner with the OCG team to interpret client requirements and respond to AI-specific provisions within Outside Counsel Guidelines, ensuring the firm demonstrates thought leadership and compliance in the evolving AI landscape.

About The Role:
  • Assist the Change Management Manager in the development and implementation of a departmental-wide approach to change management, adhering to best practices.
  • Design and implement change management and communication plans for AI initiatives and major IS projects that significantly impact attorneys and business professionals across the firm.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop effective strategies and content for AI change management plans and communications.
  • Create a wide range of communication materials tailored to diverse audiences, leveraging multiple channels including Teams, the intranet, email, and in-person engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Communications and Marketing group to develop AI-focused communication materials and to assess the most effective communication vehicles for firmwide use.
  • Partner with business professionals across departments to support responses to AI- and technology-related inquiries in RFPs, client questionnaires, and Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs).
  • Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance AI communications and elevate the visibility of AI initiatives across the firm.
  • Utilize existing firm software to establish processes and procedures that support AI communications and change management activities.
  • Manage day-to-day departmental communications related to AI and broader IS initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent distribution.
  • Draft, edit, and deliver change management plans and communication content, tailored to specific messaging objectives and target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external communication strategies that position the firm’s AI and IS initiatives consistently and effectively. Craft messaging for AI initiatives that includes internal and external versions designed to complement and reinforce one another.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, high-quality service, and a solutions-oriented mindset in all interactions with attorneys, business professionals, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively to meet established deadlines.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, legal technology, and professional communications; actively participate in relevant industry organizations and forums.
