Job Description
Be a part of a world-class academic health-care system at UChicago Medicine as a Clinical Data Analyst, Registry - Inpatient Coder in the Medical Records department.
Note: Our Registry staff are expected to work 10 hours per week.
In this role, the Clinical Data Analyst - Inpatient Coder, under general direction, is responsible for coding and abstracting diagnoses and procedures from inpatient and outpatient medical records for optimal and timely reimbursement and quality reporting.

In this role, we anticipate that you will generally work approximately 10 hours per week. We anticipate that you will generally be scheduled to work one weekday and one weekend day during the first shift, from approximately 8am-5pm and will not be scheduled for on-call shifts.
