Job Summary:
The Gym Sales Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym Sales. The Gym Sales Director reports directly to the owner of The Little Gym location.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging classes aligned with The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching methodology.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service and an exceptional membership experience.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including developing and executing sales strategies, refining sales pitches, conducting team sales training, and driving membership growth.
  • Actively promote and sell The Little Gym programs to prospective families, converting inquiries into long-term members.
  • Plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including community events, local partnerships, and in-club promotions to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Conduct outreach to schools, preschools, and community organizations to build relationships, generate referrals, and expand The Little Gym’s presence in the local market.

Qualifications:
  • A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Management experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
