Regional MDS Coordinator (RN) – Cincinnati Region
CCH Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Regional MDS Coordinator to oversee our Cincinnati-area skilled nursing facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated nurse leader with advanced MDS expertise.

Evaluate facility compliance with CMS regulations and reimbursement targets.
Conduct weekly on-site audits, staff training, and interventions at Cincinnati locations.
Review resident clinical records for coverage, assessments, transmission, and errors.
Advise on federal and state reimbursement systems, acting as a trusted resource for facility teams.
Drive process improvement and best practices across CCH Healthcare’s Cincinnati sites.
Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio (required).
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement (MDS/RAI Management).
Must have prior experience as a Regional MDS Coordinator, Senior MDS, or in multi-facility MDS leadership.
Long Term Care experience required.
AANAC certification highly preferred.
Advanced communication and leadership skills.
Ability to travel daily between Cincinnati-area facilities.
