We are seeking dedicated Inbound Support Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist members with their health insurance claims. This role requires providing clear information, offering guidance on claim submissions, and resolving member issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are necessary.

Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment.
Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00.
