The Proposal Coordinator leads the administrative and organizational aspects of the proposal development process for federal, state, and local government opportunities. They work closely with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and the Proposal Production Team to ensure all proposal components are compliant with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, formatted correctly, and submitted on time.

Required Qualifications:
- 46+ years of experience in proposal coordination, editing, or production within government contracting.
- Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific procurement requirements.
- Proficiency with proposal tools such as SharePoint, PMC, Deltek, GovWin, VisibleThread, and related systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and support large, multi-disciplinary proposal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- APMP Certification (Foundation or higher).
- Experience coordinating complex color team reviews and high-volume proposal efforts.
- Familiarity with federal and defense submission portals (e.g., GSA, DoD, DOE).

Basic Compensation: $86,000-$128,900
The offered rate will be based on contract affordability and the selected candidate's working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
KBR may offer bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
