Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment cycle while developing and nurturing robust client relationships. With some of the industry's highest commission rates, your efforts will be rewarded significantly based on the value you contribute.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Overseeing complete recruitment processes from initial intake to successful placement.
  • Partnering with clients to fully understand their recruitment challenges, goals, and workplace cultures.
  • Strategically sourcing talent utilizing our bespoke CRM/ATS along with your personal network and an integrated communications platform.
  • Optimizing our resources for managing candidates, streamlining outreach, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organization.
  • Prioritizing permanent hiring that delivers long-term advantages for both clients and rewarding commissions for you.
  • Contributing to strategic thought leadership initiatives that elevate not just our brand but also yours.

  • 23 years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or readiness to acquire knowledge, as we provide the coaching you need.
  • Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit eager to cultivate a long-lasting career.
