Warehouse Supervisor

Shifts Available: (2) 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | (1) 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000 per year
Are you a high-energy leader with a "client-first" mentality? Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead high-velocity distribution center operations. This role oversees a diverse range of functions—including picking, shipping, and receiving—for critical inventory such as medical devices, networking hardware, and security technology.
In this role, you aren’t just managing a floor; you are driving operational excellence, mentoring a dedicated team, and ensuring that our client’s global logistics network meets the highest standards of precision and speed.
Lead & Mentor: Supervise warehouse staff across all functions, providing training, performance reviews, and daily guidance to foster a culture of accountability.
Operational Excellence: Monitor and optimize inbound, outbound, and storage processes to meet or exceed KPIs and SLA requirements.
Inventory Integrity: Collaborate with internal departments to support our client’s goals for inventory integrity and order fulfillment.
Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-shift walkthroughs to ensure the facility is clean, equipment (like RF scanners) is functional, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide timely KPI reports to management and use data to identify and implement process improvements.
Control Tower Oversight: Supervise the Control Tower to ensure seamless communication and efficient transaction flow.

Technically Savvy: You are proficient with WMS/ERP systems, RF scanners, and the MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Committed: You have a "relentless passion for excellence" and the flexibility to work occasional after-hours or weekends as needed.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Education: BS degree in Logistics, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
Certifications: Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $65,000.00
