Are you a tax professional who thrives on client service, leadership, and practical problem-solving? Join our client as a Senior Tax Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and consulting for closely held businesses while helping strengthen processes and mentor a growing team. This role will have a significant impact as the firm continues to invest regionally, with opportunities to collaborate and leverage deep technical resources through existing alliances.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end tax client engagements, ensuring high-quality planning, compliance, and consulting deliverables
  • Review complex returns and workpapers, providing clear guidance and distributing work appropriately to develop the team
  • Help drive adoption of firm processes, supporting continued integration
  • Partner with Assurance and other service-line leaders to deliver coordinated client service and identify opportunities to expand relationships

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • 7+ years of progressive tax accounting experience
  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent
  • Proven ability to develop staff and build consistent processes
