- Pay Rate: $32/hour
- Overtime Rate: $48/hour
- Weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile for qualifying commutes
WORK LOCATIONS:
- Coverage from Everett to Puyallup:
1. North: Everett
2. Central: Renton and Seattle
3. South: Auburn
SHIFT SCHEDULES:
Must be flexible and open to working across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
- 1st: 6AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd: 2:30 PM - 11PM
- 3rd: 11PM - 6AM

Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee hands-on mechanical assessments.
- Provide lab rules, instructions, tools, and parts required for testing.
- Objectively evaluate performance and assign pass or fail grades.
- Ensure all safety protocols and testing procedures are followed.
- Maintain a professional and controlled testing environment.
- Manage classroom cleanliness and readiness.
- Verify identification and record assessment results accurately.
- Input and maintain performance data.
- Collaborate with instructors and proctors to ensure smooth operations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Background in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Prior experience working for an aerospace company is desired
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of training, leadership, or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and tool usage
- Must be a US Citizen (required for this project level)
- Experience in a technical or hands-on mechanical field
- Proficient in basic computer applications for data entry and documentation
