We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to assist the Property Manager and Board of Directors in ensuring adherence to community standards and governing documents within the HOA. This role will involve inspecting properties, documenting violations, and ensuring that all construction-related activities and property improvements are compliant with HOA rules and regulations. The Compliance Coordinator will also track violations, communicate with residents, and support the overall compliance process.

Construction background a plus! Bilingual a plus! Full-time Mon-Fri 9a-5p. Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE. Please do not apply if you live more than 30 minutes from the Lake Worth area.
Must have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and prior experience working in a HOA, condo, or apartment building office. All hires are subject to full background and reference checks and drug screening.
