I’m Jay, owner of Autolink Repair Services in Garden Grove. If you’re a skilled service advisor who’s tired of chaos, deserves respect, and wants to be part of a shop that actually gives a damn—read on.


We’re looking for someone who can guide our customers, not pressure them. Someone who believes in educating people about their vehicles. Someone who sees service as a craft. Someone who understand this role is part of sales.


Let me be straight with you—this role is critical to the success of our shop. You're the bridge between our technicians and our customers. When you do it right, the whole team wins.


Here’s what we offer up front:


Monday through Friday only. No weekends.
  • $40K - $100K earning potential, commission as performance pay.
  • Paid vacation after just 90 days
  • Paid holidays.
  • Benefits as reimbursement currently
  • 401K match because your future matters.
  • You’ll work with technicians who inspects, write clear notes, and techs write their estimates. They respect and follow the process.
  • You’ll be part of a team where egos stay parked at the door.
