Job details Temporary Office Assistant
Part-time: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (24 hours per week)
Target Start Date:
Monday April 6, 2026, Estimated 3-5 week medical leave coverage.
Target pay:
$20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
-Sort, organize, and process incoming mail and invoices ... -Enter invoice data accurately into our CRM system
-Prepare technician work packets by printing and organizing invoices and route notes for daily service routes
-Answer phones and route calls
-Monitor and respond to office email
-Maintain accurate client records
-Assist with basic filing and office organization
-If the candidate becomes comfortable with the system, they may also assist with entering customer check payments and preparing deposit batches.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently and follow written procedures
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Prior office or data entry experience
-Comfortable working with computer systems and printers
-Typing ability of approximately 40+ WPM
