Tooling Coordinator The Tooling Coordinator will be responsible for the support of Tool Fabricators and the group Lead with administrative duties surrounding the rotable tools program, PTI Schedule, backlog maintenance work orders, and tool work orders.
The Tooling Coordinator also is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all tools and equipment used in the facility including manufacturing, repair, maintenance, and rotable shipping tools.
Job Duties Also Include - Create and maintain backlog reports
- Utilize and create work orders in SAP
- Tool maintenance (TL01) and tool production work orders (PPO)
- Analyze work orders and purchase required parts/equipment, generate work orders
- PTI packages
- Create tool packages for tooling team by requesting drawings, writing tooling work orders and tracking; SME's
- Generate rework work orders, create detailed rework processes (SME's/rotable tools)
- Assertions file preparation and review
- Maintenance
- Carpenter shipping crate building
- Tool room hardware inventory, submit hardware orders
- Support customer owned tools and calibrated tools tracking
- Assist Lead with PTI schedule
- Document status of calibrated equipment
- Other related coordinator duties
Qualifications - High School Diploma or accredited GED
- 2+ years related experience
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Knowledge of tooling preferred

Anticipated hourly rate - $25-$30/hour
