Our well-established and growing client in Columbia County is seeking a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of their high-impact digital advertising efforts. Impact: Directly manage the launch and optimization of key digital campaigns across Display, Video, Programmatic, and Social channels.
Challenge: Solve complex trafficking and tracking puzzles, troubleshoot delivery issues, and maintain data fidelity.
Growth: Work alongside a dynamic Marketing team and leverage cutting-edge advertising technology.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing: The Operational Core
Flawless Execution: Lead campaign setup and trafficking using platforms like Google Ad Manager, DSPs (, StackAdapt), and various social platforms.
Technical QA & Integrity: Conduct rigorous quality assurance on creative assets, test ad tags, verify landing pages, and ensure 100% accurate campaign launch.
Optimization Guru: Monitor pacing and critical performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to implement real-time optimizations that boost campaign results.
Data Translation: Generate comprehensive performance reports and translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for the wider team.
Collaboration: Serve as the technical point person, coordinating seamlessly with creative teams, external partners, and ad technology vendors.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-5 years of experience in Digital Advertising Operations, Ad Trafficking, or Campaign Management.
Hands-on experience with major ad serving platforms (, Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360) and DSPs.
Proficiency in web analytics and tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills, with mastery of data manipulation in Excel/Google Sheets.
A working understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to ad serving troubleshooting.
