Job description

Our client is a well-established technical services company operating across 70+ locations in the United States — part of the world's largest Testing, Inspection, and Certification organization. They're adding an Account Manager to grow their NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services business across the Mobile, AL territory.

This is a hunter role for someone who knows how to sell technical services to industrial clients and already has relationships in the Gulf Coast region.


What You'll Do

  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth with assigned and new accounts across NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services
  • Build and maintain relationships at the C-suite and mid-management level with clients in manufacturing, chemical, power generation, aerospace, and related industries
  • Prospect actively for new business using CRM tools, databases, social media, and industry networking
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and opportunity log in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Partner with operations to align on bids, communicate client needs, and coordinate scheduling
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events focused on lead generation
  • Mentor new sales team members as requested by leadership

What You Bring

  • Proven track record selling consulting or technical services to industrial clients — NDT, mechanical integrity, reliability, or inspection services strongly preferred
  • Established relationships in the Mobile, AL market and surrounding Gulf Coast region
  • Comfortable working at both the executive and operational level within client organizations
  • Experience managing a CRM pipeline and forecasting revenue accurately
  • Self-directed and accountable with strong follow-through

  • Territory: Mobile, AL and surrounding region
  • Candidates must live within a 4-hour drive of Mobile or have confirmed relocation plans
