Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot complex backend issues across application, API, and data layers
Analyze logs, system behavior, and database queries to identify and resolve issues
Read and debug code to determine root causes and support resolution efforts
Support integration issues between systems, including APIs and external platforms
Manage configurations, permissions, and environment-related changes in cloud systems
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive issue resolution and long-term fixes
Create documentation, playbooks, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
Experience (Required):
Strong experience troubleshooting object-oriented code (Java, Python, or Scala)
Ability to read and debug backend code to identify root causes of issues
Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis/troubleshooting
Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) including access and configuration management
Proficiency with GitHub or similar version control tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience (Desired):
Experience supporting distributed or platform-based applications
Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments
Familiarity with data standards or integrations (e.g., FHIR, third-party systems)
Experience with monitoring, logging, and debugging tools
Interest in automation or improving support efficiency.
