Responsibilities:
Report to the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company large, complex enterprise programs and projects.
Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Assists in the development of new business and expanding product line.
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
Responsible for overseeing a team of project managers within an assigned programs.
Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and within defined quality parameters.
Acts as advisor to program sponsors and program teams regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Perform other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years leading large complex enterprise projects including 7+ years experience in program management is Required.
5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience is Required.
Required - Bachelors - Business Administration; Or - Bachelors - Related Field; Preferred - Masters - Business; Preferred - Masters - Information Technology; Preferred - Masters - Healthcare
Required - PMP (Project Management) - Certification
