Soni's client is looking for a hands-on IT professional to help drive execution of a global IT roadmap-supporting infrastructure, end-user operations, and critical projects across AWS, Google, and Microsoft environments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems end-to-end, and can balance day-to-day operations with project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support cloud environments across AWS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
• Ensure high availability of IT services, networking, and data center infrastructure
• Provide hands-on technical support-from end-user troubleshooting to data center operations
• Coordinate and execute IT infrastructure projects from planning through deployment
• Partner with helpdesk teams for escalations and resource management
• Create and maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, configs, SOPs)
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on IT tools and security practices
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licensing across a global environment
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to align IT solutions with business needs
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement across IT operations
Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years of IT experience, with 1-2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace administration
• Background in ITSM, desktop support, and troubleshooting across hardware/software
• Hands-on experience with networking, servers, and data center operations
• Proven ability to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A "get-it-done" mindset with the ability to turn technical ideas into execution
