Summary:
We are hiring a Contracts Administrator to manage contracts, proposals, and customer accounts while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This role involves contract lifecycle management, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and close collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage moderately complex contracts to ensure compliance with terms, pricing, and delivery requirements.
Review customer purchase orders, agreements, and contract provisions.
Prepare and submit proposals in response to RFPs, including cost, schedule, and compliance analysis.
Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions.
Monitor contract performance, delivery status, and financial metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Manage order entry, schedule changes, portal management, and demand planning as part of S&OP.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, claims, or complaints.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and aerospace industry requirements, including FAR/DFAR.
Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in contract administration or related field.
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, US Government contracting, CAS, and cost/pricing data.
Experience managing full contract lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in business systems and standard software tools.
