Server - Deliver Exceptional Hospitality and Memorable Guest Experiences

As a Server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing personalized recommendations, serving delicious food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team that strives for excellence in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional service by making thoughtful food and drink recommendations to guests
  • Answer any menu and service-related questions with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude
  • Check-in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs
  • Handle guest concerns professionally, always informing a manager and ensuring issues are resolved PLUS ONE
  • Ensure that each guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment

VIVA KARAOKE is a beautiful combination of futuristic nightlife with a high-class Bostonian atmosphere. Over 500,000 feet of high-tech LED lights spread over 23 private rooms and a main stage area. While our first impression is based on sight, we also go above and beyond to offer an inclusive drink and food menu, where everyone can feel welcome. Along with the stunning display of visual stimulation, VIVA also employs the use of state-of-the-art karaoke and sound technology which carries over 500,000 songs in a 8 different languages. VIVA Karaoke is part of Wongguys Group, which was founded by Henry Wong in 2009.
