Branch Manager / General Manager (Fire Protection)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Branch Manager / General Manager to lead our Fire Protection operations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for P&L management, team development, and regional growth. We are looking for a heavy-hitter who can maintain high operational standards while fostering a strong company culture.
Requirements
Experience: 4–5+ years of senior leadership experience specifically within the Fire Protection industry.
Operational Strength: Proven track record in P&L management, labor scheduling, and business development.
Leadership: Ability to mentor and manage project managers, designers, and field technicians.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire protection systems.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: A base salary of $150k–$200k. As with all our key roles, we are prepared to negotiate and make the right offer for the right candidate.
