Lead BAS/DDC Controls Technician (HVAC)
Picture your day starting on a New England job site with a fresh set of controller configs and a sequence of operations in hand. By mid-morning, you’re validating sensor readings, tightening up network communication, and coaching a junior tech on best practices. After lunch, you’re collaborating with engineering and project management to fine-tune control strategies for energy efficiency and system optimization. Before you wrap up, you document updates, verify alarms and trends, and close out a commissioning checklist that keeps a client’s facility running at its best.
