Job Title
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Transportation, maintain and make mechanical repairs to mechanical equipment, including trucks, buses, automobiles, and other equipment; operate a school bus over designated routes, practicing non-aggressive defensive driving techniques in accordance with regulations and laws relating to pupil transportation in California, following specified time schedules; to perform unskilled and semi-skilled work and perform other duties directly related to this job description.
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Class "A" or Class "B" California driver's license with a "P" and a "S" endorsements. Valid California school bus driver's certificate. Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Valid First Aid certification Air brake/transit required
Must have school bus maintenance experience.
